Box Office
The Performing Arts Center is located at 26455 Rockwell Canyon Road, Santa Clarita, CA 91355. The box office is located at the north end of the lobby. For walkups, ticket windows face Rockwell Canyon Road.

Parking
Parking is available for box office visitors during regular business hours in four designated spaces in Lot 4. The spaces are marked with a sign stating “20 minute PAC Box Office parking only.”
Ticket Resale Warning
Tickets to all COC Presents performances, as well as college music, theatre and dance productions, are available exclusively through the Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center’s box office or this website, which uses a certified ticketing platform called AudienceView Campus. Community groups have the option to use this ticketing platform or sell tickets independently. Please be aware that ticket scalpers have become increasingly sophisticated by utilizing the Internet to resell tickets for performances at this venue at exorbitant markups. Scalpers purchase tickets the same way you can purchase them yourself. Buying from brokers or the secondary market does not necessarily give you better seating or a better deal. In addition to paying much more than necessary, if there is a problem with an order (i.e. you receive counterfeit tickets or do not receive your tickets), and you purchased tickets for shows we sell from any site other than this one, the Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center cannot help you. Further, in the event of any important show-related notices (time changes, cancellations, etc.) we will not be able to notify you. Accessibility
The center was designed to accommodate patrons with accessibility requirements. Accessible seating is available in rows E and P of the Orchestra section. Ushers are available to assist patrons with accessibility requirements to the elevator for access to row E. Transfer seats may also be available, and ushers can store wheelchairs during performances. We recommend that patrons using wheelchairs notify the box office in advance and be accompanied by a companion to provide assistance. Seating for up to three companions is available next to wheelchair or transfer-accessible seats. Depending on availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible seat. Patrons requiring additional disability-related accommodations, including sign-language interpreters, should contact the box office at (661) 362-5304 no later than two weeks prior to the performance date. The Black Box Theater also is designed to accommodate patrons with accessibility requirements.

- Order online. Be sure to select the appropriate price discount for either Wheelchair (remain in wheelchair) or Transfer (wheelchair patron transfers to theater seat).
Assistive Listening
The center is equipped with an infrared assistive listening system, and headsets may be used at any seat. Assistive listening devices may be requested from any usher or the house manager. A photo ID or credit card is required to check out an ALD for a performance.
Note: Wheelchair (remain in wheelchair) and Transfer (wheelchair patron transfers to theater seat) seating is reserved for those with accessibility needs and up to three companions per wheelchair and transfer-accessible patron.
