Box Office
The Performing Arts Center is located at 26455 Rockwell Canyon Road, Santa Clarita, CA 91355. The box office is located at the north end of the lobby. For walkups, ticket windows face Rockwell Canyon Road.

- 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Friday
- Two hours before any ticketed event
- Closed 30 minutes after scheduled show time for all events.
- Note: Hours may vary for community organizations handling their own ticket sales.
Parking
Parking is available for box office visitors during regular business hours in four designated spaces in Lot 4. The spaces are marked with a sign stating “20 minute PAC Box Office parking only.”
Tickets
Online – Visa and MasterCard accepted for online ticket purchases. Patrons can choose ticket delivery by U.S. Standard Mail (mailed two to three weeks before event), will-call (held at box office), or print at home. Any ticket(s) purchased within 10 days of a performance will automatically be held at will-call.
Phone – Call (661) 362-5304 and pay by Visa, MasterCard or PAC Gift Certificate. Patrons can choose ticket delivery by U.S. Standard Mail (mailed two to three weeks before event), will-call (held at box office), or print at home. Any ticket purchased within 10 days of a performance will automatically be held at will-call.
Box office – Tickets may be purchased in person 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Friday at the box office (north end of lobby).
Day of event – The box office opens two hours before any tickets event.

- Student with school ID: Two tickets per ID. Must present ID at time of purchase (no online or phone sales).

Will Call
Will-call tickets are available for pickup anytime during box office hours by the patron who purchased the ticket(s) with valid photo ID or credit card used for purchase. Will-call tickets may not be released to other members of the party unless arrangements have been made with the box office in advance (prior to ticketed event date) for secondary will-call.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in a variety of denominations and are redeemable for COC Presents and Arts on Campus performances, depending on available seating. Gift certificates can be purchased by phone and at the box office.
Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final – No refunds or exchanges. In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund may be issued at the option of management.
Exchanges – Ticket exchanges are available only for season package subscribers, who may exchange seating from one performance to another within the same series under the following circumstances:
- Exchange must be made at least 48 hours before event.
- Tickets must be exchanged for tickets at the same price level per ticket as the original tickets.
- Seating must be available for the newly requested event.
- Exchange for the same performance date is not permitted.
- Patrons may not be able to determine seat location when exchanging tickets (depends on seating availability).
- Exchanges not permitted for individual ticket sales.
Ticket Resale Warning
Tickets to all COC Presents performances, as well as college music, theatre and dance productions, are available exclusively through the Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center’s box office or this website, which uses a certified ticketing platform called AudienceView Campus. Community groups have the option to use this ticketing platform or sell tickets independently. Please be aware that ticket scalpers have become increasingly sophisticated by utilizing the Internet to resell tickets for performances at this venue at exorbitant markups. Scalpers purchase tickets the same way you can purchase them yourself. Buying from brokers or the secondary market does not necessarily give you better seating or a better deal. In addition to paying much more than necessary, if there is a problem with an order (i.e. you receive counterfeit tickets or do not receive your tickets), and you purchased tickets for shows we sell from any site other than this one, the Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center cannot help you. Further, in the event of any important show-related notices (time changes, cancellations, etc.) we will not be able to notify you. Accessibility
The center was designed to accommodate patrons with accessibility requirements. Accessible
seating is available in rows E and P of the Orchestra section. Ushers are available
to assist patrons with accessibility requirements to the elevator for access to row
E. Transfer seats may also be available, and ushers can store wheelchairs during performances.
We recommend that patrons using wheelchairs notify the box office in advance and be
accompanied by a companion to provide assistance. Seating for up to three companions
is available next to wheelchair or transfer-accessible seats. Depending on availability,
seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible
seat. Patrons requiring additional disability-related accommodations, including sign-language
interpreters, should contact the box office at (661) 362-5304 no later than two weeks
prior to the performance date. The Black Box Theater also is designed to accommodate
patrons with accessibility requirements.

Assistive Listening Devices
The center is equipped with an infrared assistive listening system, and headsets may be used at any seat. Assistive listening devices may be requested from any usher or the house manager. A photo ID or credit card is required to check out an ALD for a performance.
Note: Wheelchair (remain in wheelchair) and Transfer (wheelchair patron transfers to theater seat) seating is reserved for those with accessibility needs and up to three companions per wheelchair and transfer-accessible patron. Purchase or use of accessible seating by those without such needs is prohibited.
