Venue

The venue is located on the campus of College of the Canyons, located at 26455 Rockwell Canyon Road, Santa Clarita, CA 91355.

The venue has 886 permanent seats.
Outside food or drink is not allowed in the venue. Water is available for purchase at all performances, and other items such as soda, candy, and snacks are available at select events. Only bottled water is allowed inside the house (seating area) of the venue.
For most events, recording of any kind is strictly prohibited, and no stand-alone recording devices are allowed in the venue. For events that allow recording from cell phones, signs will be posted throughout the venue and an announcement will be made at the start of the show.
The venue is designed to accommodate patrons with accessibility requirements and contains 14 ADA-accessible seats, elevator access to each floor, and 12 assisted listening devices (ALDs).
Cell phones are allowed in the venue, but patrons are asked to silence all electronic devices and keep use to an absolute minimum to prevent disturbing other patrons. Failure to follow this guideline may result in removal from an event.
There is not a strict dress code for most events. However, the venue staff reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who may be wearing clothing deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or extremely offensive to other patrons.
The venue welcomes families and audiences of all ages for select performances and events. Please check our website for detailed information about specific events, as some may have restrictions or recommendations regarding content. It is important to note that all children 2 and older will require a ticket for entrance. Strollers and/or baby seats are not allowed inside the venue. We ask you to consider whether the child can sit quietly without disturbing other members of the audience during a performance, as such disturbances may result in removal from the event.
Lobby doors for most events open one hour prior to the start of the performance, and house/theater doors open 30 minutes before the start of the performance.
Smoking is prohibited at the Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center, and the College of the Canyons campus is a smoke-free zone. The only area smoking is permitted is within select parking lots.
If you arrive after a performance has begun, you will be seated at the discretion of the venue staff to prevent disruption of the event in progress. In limited situations, you may not be seated in your assigned seats until intermission.

Tickets

Tickets may be purchased at any time (24/7) by using this website. Tickets may also be purchased by phone at (661) 362-5304 or in person during box office hours (see question below). All purchases are based on ticket availability. 
The box office is open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Friday. It is also open two hours prior to any ticketed event presented by the venue.
The box office is located on the east side of the center. Box office parking is located in Lots 2 and 4.
Visa and MasterCard are accepted for all online and phone ticket purchases. Cash is accepted for in-person transactions at the box office.
All processing fees are included in the price of each ticket.

On-sale dates are announced for each season and event on our website, on social media, and through our mailing list. You may subscribe to our mailing list to be informed about upcoming events and performances.

Parking

Parking is available during the week in Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8. Additional parking is available on weekends in Lots 1 and 2.

Campus Map

Parking is free for evening and weekend performances. Events and performances taking place during the week before 6 p.m. require the purchase of a single-day parking permit that must be displayed on a vehicle's dashboard. Single-day parking permits may be purchased from kiosks located in parking Lots 6 and 8.

Rental

The venue may be rented to outside users when the space is available. The venue reserves the right to limit access for any use that is inconsistent with the college mission, interferes with regular college business, and/or infringes upon protected rights stated in the college's policies and procedures.

The cost of renting the venue is determined by the size, scope, and duration of the rental. Once you have reviewed the User Guide, you may complete an application for an itemized estimate.

Interested renters should complete and submit an application with the required deposit to the production and technical director. Venue staff will review the application, develop an estimate, and return this information to the prospective renter. If the user would like to proceed with the rental and the date(s) are available, a formal agreement will be prepared.

Application

The Performing Arts Center's season runs from July 1 to June 30 each year. Outside renters may request dates as of June 1 for the following season. All outside rentals are processed in the order they are received.

Volunteers

Numerous volunteer usher positions are available.
To become a volunteer, please complete the contact form and indicate your interest.
At this time, the only volunteer positions available are ushers. All on-stage work is performed by professional staff members.

Employment

Full-time positions are limited, and any employment openings will be posted on the college’s Human Resources website. Part-time and freelance work is available for backstage crews, house managers, and box office members. Please contact the production and technical director if you are interested in these positions.
